On having an unprotected sexual intercourse, you put yourself at a great risk of developing such STIs. Gonorrhoea is considered to be the second, most common, sexually transmitted infection. This infection is said to affect both men and women, but is more commonly known to affect those men who are between 20 to 24 years of age and women who are between 16 to 19 years of age.</p>
<p>Gonorrhoea is a bacterial infection, which can be cured completely with the help of antibiotic medications. However, being a bacterial infection, it does not show symptoms, which makes it difficult to diagnose. At such times, taking the <a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://www.labsdirect.com/uk/gonorrhoea-test.html">gonorrhoea test</a> can help with it. You should at least wait for two weeks after having an unprotected sexual intercourse, as the bacteria takes that amount of time to appear on the test. <p>You know you have to work hard to keep from getting madly out of shape in the next few weeks. If you already have a personal vitality program, good for you&#8230; the battle will be easier. If not, it&#8217;s probably an excellent time to start.</p>
<p>Aside from the obvious utility of doing it to help fight holiday weight gain, recent years&#8217; research confirms many of the intuitive benefits of exercise. The Surgeon General&#8217;s Report on Physical Activity and Health has pronounced a regular exercise regimen reduces the risk of developing high blood pressure (hypertension), increases bone density (and bones&#8217; resistance to breaking), and makes that good cholesterol (high density lipoprotein, or HDL) more easily circulate through your body. When I suggest it to my busy clients, many of them roll their eyes and say &#8220;ugh, exercise&#8230; I don&#8217;t have time for that.&#8221; But if they try a disciplined program for three weeks straight, every one of my clients sings the praises of exercise&#8230; the abundance of energy they get from their vitality program ends up helping them find ways to save more time (by being more productive) than they spend working out.</p>
<p>The routine I use keeps my energy high and my &#8220;vital signs&#8221; good. I exercise six mornings a week, and rarely miss a workout. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I hit the treadmill at the gym for an &#8220;interval&#8221; jog, forcing my heart rate to go up and down four times in twenty minutes. Great for the heart and respiration! On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I lift weights to keep my muscles strong. I alternate upper-body muscle groups (chest, shoulders, back, triceps, and biceps) during one weightlifting workout with lower-body groups (quadriceps, calves, hamstrings, and abdominals) on the next.</p>
<p>Exercise is one of the five key daily health habits I call The NEWSS: Nutrition (start by cutting the processed garbage out of your diet), Exercise, Water (get two liters every day), Sleep (get eight hours every night), and Supplements (take at least one good multi-nutrient to give your body what it can&#8217;t otherwise get in these days of commercially-engineered food).</p>
<p>If you poop out, your mission fails. Don&#8217;t accept that possibility. Get out there and jog, or hit the gym. You know you should&#8230; especially with the days of feasting and merriment that lie ahead.</p>

For a small percentage of people, it is fun. I personally am an avid runner. A lot of people want to get into running but are faced with pain and just can&#8217;t get themselves to do it. Here I will explain how to start enjoying your runs and instead of thinking about how close you are, think about how you want to just keep on going.</p>
<p>You will need a good pair of RUNNING SHOES. Some people think they can just run in their basketball shoes or trashed sneakers. surprisingly if you want to feel good while running you need running shoes. They should fit snuggly and give you good ankle support. You also will need to have proper running form. You should not be taking huge strides while slamming your feet into the ground. Your footsteps should barely be heard by you. This website will tell you how to run with proper form.</p>
<p>This next step is the hardest part. You will need to run for about a month. This is going to suck at first. All you want to be doing is long slow runs. Start off with going 2 or 3 miles a day. Do this a few times a week. Then bump up your mileage to 4 miles. You should start running more often. Keep doing this for about a month or two. This is going to be tough and you will probably want to stop. You really are going to have to be determined and think about all the benefits this will bring in the future. You will be able to lose weight, be fitter and have another activity you enjoy.</p>
<p><span id="more-47"></span>One of the days you will be jogging along and its going to feel like a huge weight was lifted off your shoulders. Instead of feeling dead tired you will actually feel good, crazy right! This is called runners high. Your going at a decent pace, feeling light on your feet and you feel like you could go forever. All stress seems to melt away as you focus on the patter of your footsteps. After the run you will feel less stressed out and your mind will be clear. Runners high is not something you will feel every run but you will feel good and stress free after your runs. Hopefully you will continue running for fun and getting good exercise is just another plus! Running is not for everyone so this is not a guarantee for people to enjoy running but rather a way for people discover something they did not know they enjoy.</p>

Pain associated with arthritis can feel better which can make you feel more fitter and want to exercise, because you are able to move faster and your body doesn&#8217;t ache so much since your joints and limbs will be functioning better.</p>
<p>Being fit means that you are able to participate in everyday activities and life, work and recreation without being too fatigued, while still having a bit of energy reserved in our body. Being fit allows you to enjoy a better life style than that of people who are not so fit. Physical fitness takes time to achieve. Regular physical activity is the way a person becomes physically fit. Walking, running, attending a gym, or attending a dance class are all ways to become physically fit, while some people prefer to exercise at home in privacy.</p>
